Six people, four instrument classes, and a rule that no accuracy figure leaves this building without a residual table behind it.
Voxelreach was founded in 2020 by two engineering surveyors who kept receiving scan deliverables with confident accuracy claims and no evidence. Asked for the control residuals, suppliers would send the instrument datasheet — a document describing performance under laboratory conditions that nobody's site resembles.
The lab was set up to do the opposite: publish the field data, including the captures that missed tolerance, and let asset owners judge for themselves. That is also why the research index is public rather than gated behind a contact form.
Two phase-shift scanners, one long-range time-of-flight instrument, a laser tracker, a structured light system for small objects and a UAV platform for exterior photogrammetry. Instruments are calibration-checked on a fixed schedule and the check records form part of every project file.
We work to published standards and say plainly which ones we are certified against versus which ones we merely follow.
Note on the first entry: our procedures are written to ISO 17025 and audited internally, but formal accreditation has not yet been awarded. We state this rather than implying certification we do not hold.

Translates asset-owner requirements into a capture specification, and says no when a tolerance is not achievable.
