Commercial enquiries

This is not a support desk. Enquiries are read by the engineer who would scope the work, and the first thing you get back is a specification rather than a price.

Research contact

Dataset requests, replication questions and correction notices go directly to the research lead rather than through the commercial route.

Company

Registered in the Netherlands, KvK 84 217 559. VAT registered; reverse charge applied for EU business customers.

What happens after you send it

Within two working days

An engineer reads the enquiry and either asks the two or three questions needed to scope it, or says directly that this is not work we should take.

Within ten working days

You receive a capture specification: method, control strategy, achievable uncertainty, deliverable formats, and the assumptions the number depends on. It is written so a third party could audit it.

Only then, commercial terms

Pricing follows the specification, not the other way round. If the specification shows your tolerance is unachievable, we say so before quoting rather than after invoicing.

Confidentiality

Enquiry details are treated as confidential from the moment they arrive. We sign client NDAs as a matter of routine and will not reference your project in publications without written permission.
