What we process and why
- Enquiry data — name, organisation, contact details and project description, processed to respond to your enquiry. Lawful basis: steps prior to entering a contract.
- Project correspondence — retained for the duration of an engagement and for seven years afterwards, because capture records may be relied on in later disputes.
- Site imagery — capture work sometimes records people incidentally. Faces are blurred at processing unless the client has a documented lawful basis for retaining them.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers. Server logs record IP address and requested page for security purposes and are deleted after thirty days.
Sharing
We do not sell data. Processors are limited to our email provider, our file transfer service and our accounting system, all within the EEA. Client project data is never shared with other clients.
Open datasets
Published datasets are checked for personal data before release. If you believe a released dataset contains identifiable information, write to us and we will withdraw it while we investigate.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch supervisory authority.
